Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Exchange, Refund and Shipping Policy.
Our Exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, no store credit and no exchange will be issued.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Original tags must be attached to the apparel. Original tags must show no sign of being altered. You must return the item to Lavish Realm within 3 days of purchase.

Store Credit is issued in 7 business days in the form of an electronic store code. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Refunds and No exchanges on merchandise that has been worn, used or altered, products that are intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, downloadable software, spa, health, and personal care items
Late or missing store credit
If you haven’t received a store credit in 7 business days, first check your spam folder.
If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received your store credit code, please emails us.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be fully refunded.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Order are shipped Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
We use USPS to deliver orders.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of being provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
LavishRealm.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Providing pictures of the damaged package to the carrier is beneficial.
